Window and door post-warranty maintenance
As a rule, new windows work in proper manner. However, devices may get out of order in time if you do not provide them with the necessary maintenance. In case the windows would not have proper maintenance, their further operation without adjustment, greasing, hardware elements cleaning, tends accelerated wear of components and functionality breaches.
Windows must be maintained, adjusted promptly and regularly.
Experts recommend to make windows and doors maintenance not less than once a year.
Our company offers you window and door maintenance contract conclusion. Annual plastic window and door maintenance could significantly extend its service life.
The following works are included in such maintenance:
1) Accessories cleaning and greasing
2) Rubber sealing greasing along the contour of the sash adjunction
3) Sash application adjustment
The cost for service call in Riga is 3 EUR + VAT per window in case of the conclusion of maintenance contract.
Additional accessories replacement is not included in this price and is calculated separately.
You can also provide your plastic windows with even more useful accessories such as:
- shell handle
- sash plunger pin
- key handle
- protective clamp
Parts installation is free and must be performed at the moment of window adjustment in case of such maintenance contract signing. You pay only for parts.
